Current Residents

What is the process if I want to move out?

If you would like to move out of TMM please indicate this to the office staff ahead of moving out. Before you leave, make sure to book an exit inspection once all of your items are removed from the unit and hand in your keys (with the tags) at the office.

What happens if I lose my keys?

If you have lost your keys please report it to the office or phone Christo on 072 261-0097. If you need assistance after office-hours a call-out fee of R350, which does not include the replacement of your keys, will be charged to your account or can be paid in cash.

How does it work if I want to move into a new unit?

If you wish to move to a new unit kindly note that you will have to pay a whole new deposit and that your previous deposit cannot be carried over as you will have to move into a new unit with a new contract. For more information please contact us.

Who can I talk to if i have wifi problems?

If you are experiencing any issues with your Wifi kindly contact our Student Squad Captain, Anuschka Erasmus, on (073) 450-5693 with the following info:

-Your name

-Cell number

-Unit number

-Description of your issue

When can I get my deposit back?

Please note that your deposit will be paid back into the account details on your contract, 21 working days after the expiration of your contract. Should you have any questions regarding your deposit please contact chante@nwupukkiverblyf.co.za

Who do I talk to if i have a complaint?

If you have any complaints please contact Christo (the caretaker) via email at 

tmm.manager@nwupukkiverblyf.co.za

or visit the office to complete a formal complaint form.

Who can I talk to if i have issues with my account?

If you have any issues with your account, would like to make a payment, would like to follow up on a statement or have any other concerns please contact chante@nwupukkiverblyf.co.za

Am I allowed to have a pet?

To accommodate all residents we do not allow anyone to have any pets of any kind. Please note that fines may apply if a pet is found in a resident's unit.

Am I allowed to bring a friend through the turnstalls?

We pride ourselves in being a safe student accommodation complex. Therefore we ask that no resident allow anyone to enter TMM via the turn stalls and that all visitors are signed in at reception.
